This meant working with a wide variety of people, including young people, local community organisations and businesses, through to senior officers from the different strategic partnerships, Partnership Board members and local politicians. It was quite a challenging brief, and required flexibility to meet at times and venues appropriate to the different groups; an ability to put people at ease, as many had never been on film before; a sensitivity to local issues and dynamics of inclusion and equality; and an ability to capture and communicate the key messages of SRB6′s achievements.
